Access to a client's Amazon account is used only to carry out the agreed work. Account performance figures are treated as confidential and are not published, shared, or used as a case study or testimonial without the client's written permission. Access can be revoked by the client at any time.
We share information only with service providers used to run the business — such as email, file storage, analytics tooling and payment processors — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information sooner where we are not required to keep it.
