I have spent more than ten thousand hours on Amazon advertising and very little time on anything else. That includes running advertising for sellers across the US, UK, Canadian and European marketplaces, building and leading PPC teams, and developing the reporting systems those teams work from.
REYGLOW LLC is how I take on consulting work directly. Accounts are handled by me rather than passed to a junior manager, which is the main reason the client list stays small.
Most advertising problems on Amazon are not bidding problems. They are structural — campaigns built around the wrong keywords, spend concentrated in placements that do not convert, or reporting that measures ACOS while the business is losing margin. So the work starts with a full read of the account before anything is changed.
Everything after that is measured against profit. ACOS and ROAS are useful, but they are not the number the business runs on. Reporting is written so you can see what the advertising returned, not just what it cost.
Engagements are monthly and can be ended with notice. Every account begins with a free audit, so you can see how I read an account before committing to anything. Scope, fee and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Clients are Amazon sellers and brand owners, typically from one to several hundred SKUs, across Amazon US, UK, Canada and the EU. Work is delivered remotely and invoiced monthly.
